Product Introduction:
Our JJ-3 Digital Display Temperature Control electric stirrer is provided with the digital display for control the temperature, and with a mechanical timer, the stirring rod is made of stainless steel, which has excellent corrosion resistance, convenient operation, stable running, stepless speed regulation, small and powerful motor which in a wide speed range. It can process high viscosity liquid solution precision with stable mixing, particularly suitable for mixing bulk sample, it is the necessary tools for oil, chemical, metallurgical, textile, food, medicine and health, environmental, biochemical laboratory, analysis room, education and scientific research.
Use and Maintenance:
1. Placed correctly for the liquid bottle ( or other vessels )
2. Adjustment and calibration of the working depth when the stirring rod is in the liquid solution, and then fasten it up.
3. Connected with the external power source, switch on the power switch, then indicator light on.
4. Select the timing function, turn the knob to the "timing" position or "normal open" position.
5. Set the speed control knob to a desired speed.
6. After work, turn the speed control knob to the minimum position, timer setting "zero", turn off the power switch, cut off the power supply.
7. Clean the stirring rod carefully, which does not allow water or dirt left on it.
Attention:
1. When the stirring rod gets into the liquid solution, if the mixing blade is not uniform, need to turn off the power switch, then make the mixing blade divided evenly.
2. Control the speed from low speed to high speed and slowly started.
